Perhaps the favourite Badentarbet fishing loch with a good chance of trout in the ¾lb to 1lb+ class. Otters and black throated divers use this loch.

Access is by the gated road to the telecoms mast behind Polbain which starts in Altandhu. The gate may be locked but details of access will be given out with your permit. Park in the large quarry area about half way up the road.

A walk of about 1/2 mile over rough hill ground either from the suggested parking or from Achnahaird which is a similar distance from the loch.

Wading is generally fairly good but the loch can be fished from the bank.
